Compuware Acquires Proxima Technology for $31M

DETROIT, MI  --  Compuware announced the acquisition of 70-employee Proxima Technology for $31 million net of cash.

Proxima's Centauri applications allow service businesses to communicate effectively with customers and prioritize service-delivery to them.

Compuware will add the the Proxima line to its Vantage family of applications and will absorb the Denver, Australia and UK offices into the company.
